The European Society of Radiology (ESR) is a non-political and non-profit organisation dedicated to strengthening and uniting European Radiology. With more than 135,000 members worldwide, it has become the largest radiological society that organises one of the most innovative scientific congresses in this field, the European Congress of Radiology (ECR), in Vienna.

We are looking for a committed team member (30-38,5h) to support our Travel Service and Executive Office.

Tasks

• Support in event and conference management:
• Assistance in strategic planning, execution, and follow-up of meetings both domestically and internationally
• Assistance in client meetings and communication with suppliers/partners
• General office support (file management, scheduling, and travel coordination)
• Support of the Executive Office (general team assistance, administration, correspondence)
  
  
  

Requirements

• Excellent English language skills (proficiency in additional foreign languages is beneficial)
• Good command of German
• Advanced MS Office skills (especially Excel)
• Experience in event management is an advantage
• Good organizational skills
• Flexibility and resilience
• Willingness to travel (both within Austria and internationally)

The monthly gross salary for this job vacancy (38,5h) is at least € 2,300.00 (14 times per year). The final salary depends on your relevant experience and qualifications.
