The Project Manager is responsible for organizing, scheduling and delivering concurrent running high profile projects within the Games vertical with the aim of meeting project commitments.

YOUR TASKS

• Planning and managing the delivery of the projects deliverables aligned with the Project guideline and framework.
• Proactive communication to stakeholders as necessary and ability to solve problems and unblock teams.
• Collaborate closely with Product Owners and stakeholders to groom requirements, Tasks and plan project schedule.
• With the help of the development and technical teams, schedule and forecast realistic project timelines using standard estimation methodologies.
• Coordinate between development teams, operational team and product owners the delivery of work packages
• Successfully manage several concurrent running projects, Initiation to Closure.
• Facilitate and document project meetings and workshops.

• Conducting release and resource planning
• Regularly communicate the release plan to all stakeholders

• Report progress, risks, issues, any deviation from plan (budget, scope, schedule etc.) within the agreed project framework.
• Perform project close down and lessons learned and in close collaboration with other departments, any cross-functional improvements
• Identify, document and communicate the critical path for projects
• Identify and document internal and external dependencies and prerequisites

YOUR PROFILE

• A relevant academic degree; preferably technology and/or business related or equivalent working experience.
• PMI(CAPM/PMP) or IPMA Level C.
• 3 years of experience in the role of project management, product management etc.
• Project and Requirements Management Skills
• Technical knowledge for the industry
• Communication skills
• Leadership Skills
• Excellent knowledge of English
