We are currently looking for an Office Manager to join our people team in Vienna for between 30 to 38.5 hours per week. Intrigued? Read more below!

Office Management & HR Administration Responsibilities

  • Serve as the ‘go-to’ person for our team, handling ongoing general administrative work, as well as ad hoc tasks in support of the company
  • Maintain office supplies and coordinate package deliveries
  • Arrange and book business trips and team events
  • Act as the point of contact for local suppliers, service- and insurance providers as well as local authorities
  • Support the team with the on- and offboarding of team members (e.g. preparing and/or sending new equipment)
  • Partner with the global people team to update and maintain office policies as necessary
  • Support our Employer Branding initiatives by contributing ideas
  • Organize company celebrations & events from end to end
  • Ensure that the office is a comfortable and vibrant place to work

What You’ll Need To Bring To Your Adventure

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and German including the ability to liaise with local partners in German.
  • A love for helping people and finding fast solutions.
  • The ability to maintain a positive, upbeat and professional attitude as a critical point of contact for employees and external partners.
  • Exceptional organizational skills with a high attention to detail.
  • Ability to work with technology and learn the use of new tools quickly
  • Adept at handling small, hands-on tasks like changing light bulbs, helping to maintain the smooth operation of our office.
  • The ability to act as a cultural ambassador and come up with creative suggestions to improve workplace culture through initiatives and events.
  • The ability to act swiftly and make on-the-spot decisions without compromising attention to detail.
  • Experience in handling a broad range of tasks and the ability to prioritize effectively.
