Job description

We are looking for First Level Helpdesk Supports to reinforce our team working on IT projects.

Location: Vienna

Primary Languages: English and German

Job description:
  • Incident Management (Ticket creation, tracking and closure). Categorization and classification.
  • Escalation to proper team when not able to provide a resolution.
  • User administration (password reset and user account IMAC)
  • Creation, modificatrion and deletion of users (AD)
  • Reset passwords (AD/SAP).
  • File Server admin
  • Installation and desinstallation of packages via SSCM
  • Inventory update
  • Application support (desktop/laptop), Windows OS mainly
  • Manual software installation
  • Management of tickets by phone call, email, chat and web tickets
  • Other tasks related to desktop/laptop support and end user
