Your passion – your job:

Join our passionate team as a Trainer AT & CH and embark on a journey to inspire and empower Dior's sales force across Austria and Switzerland. Based in Vienna, you'll become an integral part of the CHAT training team, responsible for crafting and delivering exceptional training programs that elevate product knowledge, sales artistry, and clientelling expertise.

Your role

• Deliver diverse training programs (standard & specific), updating, translating and adapting materials for impact.
• Organize on-site/hotel courses (invitations, participant lists, logistics, content creation, etc.).
• Partner with the Manager to implement the CH&AT wholesale strategy.
• Manage logistics and content for CH&AT training events (300-500 attendees).
• Oversee Retailer training events.
• Collaborate on optimizing the Dior training APP (translation, content, challenges, learner follow-up).
• Handle Austrian training administration.
• Contribute to cost optimization and planning.
• Support the Training Manager in developing, implementing, and monitoring training objectives and budgets.

Profile

Your qualification – your profile:

• Willingness to travel within Austria and Switzerland, with an expected 10% to 20% of overnight stays away from home
• Minimum of five years of experience in Retail/Training, with a strong affinity for social networks and digital tools in training contexts, and excellent interpersonal skills for diverse interactions
• Expertise in Fragrance, Make-up, and Skincare education, with the ability to cover all product axes
• Native or fluent in German, fluent in French or Italian and business fluent in English
• Experience in project management, with a track record of executing effective training programs
• Resilient and capable of managing stress and pressure in fast-paced settings
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and digital platforms, emphasizing the use of PowerPoint, Word, and Excel
• Demonstrated presentation skills, capable of engaging and motivating a diverse audience.
• Proven customer and sales orientation, with a deep understanding of client needs and expectations
• The salary starts at € 2.392,00 gross per month for 38.5 hours per week
