Your daily tasks will include
- creating engaging, likeable and well-thought-of job ads, and skillfully managing them across multiple platforms
- taking charge of the entire recruitment process, from active sourcing to handing over to contract creation
- providing an exceptional candidate experience by ensuring clear communication, feedback, and a positive impression of our company
- collaborating closely with our Employer Branding team and representing Cloudflight at job fairs and other recruiting events
- staying up to date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve our recruitment processes
The following will make you succeed in this role
- deep understanding of the IT-applicant market and the ability to identify top talent
- a passionate attitude towards finding and attracting the best candidates while being creative and target group-oriented in your approach
- 3-4 years of professional experience in recruitment, ideally combined with a strong interest in employer branding
- excellent communication skills in German and very good proficiency in English, both spoken and written
- familiarity and experience working with recruitment tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Teamtailor or other applicant tracking systems, etc.
- an independent way of working and a high level of intrinsic motivation
- desire to work in a team where ideas are valued, and support is provided to one another
