Your Tasks

• Leading, managing, and customizing Microsoft Dynamics 365 based on the organization’s needs
• Analyzing and enhancing business processes for efficiency while responding to internal stakeholders and providing guidance to the corresponding departments to achieve their objectives
• Handling system changes, upgrades, and implementations while collaborating with IT support teams to address system issues promptly and effectively
• Identifying system improvement areas and generating smart solutions and workarounds following the standards
• Providing training and support on the use of the CRM and assisting business with BI report creation based on CRM data
  
  
  

Your Profile

• Bachelor's degree or higher degree (University, FH) in Computer Science, Information Systems or a related field; more than 5 years of proven experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365
• Proficiency in CRM administration, including user setup, data importing, system customizations, SQL and security configuration
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and innovative thinking in troubleshooting system and process issues
• A proactive approach to communication and teamwork, and a strong customer-service orientation
• Excellent written and spoken English skills

Further Information

Minimum Salary: Annual gross salary from € 51,686.43, based on professional qualification and experience.
