Your Tasks
- Provide support for various software development tools (e.g., Git, Azure DevOps Server, or LaTeX)
- Train people on software development tools and guide them in using these tools
- Take an active role in supporting project managers during scrum ceremonies and the development of software projects
- Collaborate with and coach software development teams regarding the usage of agile development techniques as well as software development tools
- Support several projects and collaborate with software engineers, UX designers, technical writers, project managers, and solution architects
- Bachelors’ degree or higher (University, FH) in science or engineering with several years of professional experience in the area of software development
- Experiences with various software development tools (e.g., Git, Azure DevOps Server, or LaTeX)
- Experience in training people on software development tools, agile development techniques, or guidelines
- Experience in supporting software development teams as scrum master
- Very good English skills, both written and spoken as well as strong communication skills; German is a plus
