Job Purpose Summary

Corza Medical is currently seeking a Business Systems Manager to support our digital transformation and movement to a cloud first architecture. As our Business Systems Manager you will manage the multiple business systems , including but not limited to, company ERP , quality management systems, regulatory software, e-commerce site , EDI platform and BI reporting . You will work with the business to solve process needs and manage system related initiatives . You will report to the Director, Enterprise Applications based in California, USA.

What You Will Do

  • Assist in the design and development of business and manufacturing processes (operations) to optimise workflow and in the use of Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O.
  • Act as the IT site representative for communication between IT and the business.
  • Coordinates system hardware and software implementation (eg, data conversion to new systems and works with application support staff to resolve system issues).
  • Test and train end users and offer guidance on how to improve processes related to Dynamics 365 Manufacturing.
  • Ensures data integrity of ERP programs and that controls are acceptable for audit procedures.
  • Coordinates the development and maintenance of business systems with the global IT team.
  • Establishes systems with specifications and objectives, based on the requirements of the company and provides recommendations to management personnel.
  • Continuously work with management to determine strategies for ERP systems and peripheral systems.
  • Analyse processes, functions and procedures to determine the most effective system to meet the needs of the organisation.
  • Ensures that system applications are developed in a way that complies with established standards, methodologies and practices.
  • Monitors and informs Information Technology (IT) management, users/clients about the status of various projects.
  • Anticipates and identifies problems that inhibit the achievement of project objectives, develops and implements corrective actions.
  • Fosters and maintains good relationships with customers to ensure processes are integrated and meet expected customer expectations.
  • Performs strategic planning for the design of information systems to meet the requirements of the company.
  • Conduct yourself consistent with company standards at all times during work hours or when acting as a company representative.
  • Works with the IT team to implement and execute plans that fully support company goals and initiatives. Apply IT policies and procedures approved by the IT management team.
  • Assist with regulatory and compliance activities as requested by our internal and external auditors. Handles resolution of audit findings related to IT system and ERP applications.
  • Coordinate with vendors as needed.
  • Performs other assigned or required duties.
  • Proficient with the following:
  • Microsoft D365 F&O – Production, warehousing, inventory management, procurement, sales and marketing, master planning, and finance modules.
  • Strong knowledge of supply chain and finance business processes.
  • Administration of data processes, development of applications as in computer operations.
  • Planning and execution of projects from the visualisation phase to implementation.
  • Sense, aptitude and commitment to customer service.
  • Ability to express complex technical concepts in business terms.
  • Teamwork and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to communicate and persuade at all levels of management and thrive in a cross functional environment.
  • Analytics, problem solving, and willingness to learn.
  • Sense of urgency and commitment to a job well done.
  • Must be able to work independently, but also as a strong team player.
  • Must have the ability to train and seat all levels of employees.
  • Must show knowledge of the common uses of concepts, practices, and procedures within the field.

What You Will Need (job Requirements)

  • Bachelor’s degree in business management, computer science or similar field.
  • 7+ years’ experience.
  • The ability to communicate effectively with end users.
  • The desire to learn and support new systems as implemented.
  • Strong organisational skills, able to manage a number of business requests at once.
  • The ability to work flexible hours with team members across time zones.
  • Fluent in both English and German, verbal and written.
