• Office management and administrative support for the International Conference Management team
• Taking minutes at meetings in English and German
• Supporting the project managers in project related tasks
• Travel bookings
• Inventory management of the internal department
  
  
  

Your Profile

• Completed higher education, preferably with a business background such as HAK or HBLA
• First work experience in a similar position is an advantage
• Good user knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
• Very good command of written and spoken English and German
• Independent working style as well as a sociable and open personality

Further Information

Minimum Salary: Salary will be determined based on professional experience; the formal minimum salary according to Collective Bargaining Agreement is € 35,993.83.
