This PO will be the anchor between the development teams and the Product Management. How you spend your day with us:

• You work on cutting-edge software- and hardware-solutions for voice recording and – processing with AI
• Contribute to a state-of-the-art web product crafted with the latest technologies
• Work closely with the Head of Product and Development to ensure product development aligns with the broader company vision
• Coordinate with our Scrum teams, ensuring seamless task execution and timely product deliveries
• Engage in Scrum ceremonies, ensuring the framework’s practices are optimized and adhered to
• Prioritize the product backlog, ensuring user stories are deeply specified, ready for development and implemented with highest quality
• Drive developers to provide timely estimates and ensure adherence to established timelines
• Act as a facilitator between UX/UI designers and developers, ensuring optimal user experience in the final product
• You analyze user data to identify new trends and further developments
• You coordinate the roll-out of new products or new product features and ensure a successful market launch.

What you bring in:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, business, or a related field
• Your proven experience (ideally 3 years +) as Product Owner, with a keen eye for UX/UI
• Your proven experience in building online SaaS products and consistently introducing innovations to the market
• Your expertise in agile methodologies (SCRUM and ideally LeSS), demonstrated by effectively coordinating multi-team structures and managing product backlogs
• You are a technically affine team player, have strong analytical skills, and show great interest in the field of speech recognition – background as a developer is an advantage
• Exceptional communication skills, with an emphasis on collaboration and team coordination.
• Your creativity and ability to adapting to rapidly changing environments as well as you hands-on and solution-oriented attitude
• You are passionate about bringing the best product to market
• Your fluency in spoken and written English; German is welcomed.
